​Impact is an annual gospel-centered student conference that is all about helping middle and high school students find their joy in Jesus and their purpose in Him! The conference is hosted in Gray, TN at Tri-Cities Baptist Church and is meant to equip and encourage students, churches, and leaders from across the Tri-Cities area. 

At Impact, you will experience authentic community with friends old and new, and have the opportunity to impact lives by personally by investing in local, domestic, and global relief projects. Attendees will also experience music led by worship leaders from around the country, and hear from speakers who love God, the gospel, and students. This is a weekend of fun, friendships, and purpose that you do not want to miss!

Impact weekend is made up of four key components: Main Sessions, Community Groups, Go, and Kneel. 

• Main Sessions- each Main Session is centered around worship through biblical teaching and music led by some of the best teachers and worship leaders from across the country
• Community Groups- Community Groups are groups of 6-8 students led by leaders from your church, centered around specific application of biblical truth to our lives
  
• Go Center- the Go Center is meant to expose, equip, and mobilize students to leverage their lives to make the love of God known. The Go Center experience will expose students to biblical foundations about mission and making disciples, expose them to different mission partners from across the world, and equip them with practical tools to use to share the gospel in their everyday lives
  
• Kneel- the Kneel Room is a guided, interactive prayer experience that allows students to intentionally "be still" before God, study His Word, meditate on His truth, and spend some extended time in prayer
