Impact is now less than a week away, and we would like to personally invite you to join us in prayer as we cry out to God on behalf our students, leaders, volunteers, and churches. James 5:16 tells us that, “the effective prayer of a righteous person has great power”. It is for this reason that we want to ask the people of God to come around this gospel-centered weekend in prayer as we seek to see His “kingdom come and will be done on earth as it is in heaven”. Jesus is the perfect model of prayer. Hebrews 5:7 says, “In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to him who was able to save him from death, AND HE WAS HEARD because of his reverence.”
